ELECTROQTED'S PICKLED EGGS

 Eat, Stink & Be Merry!

 

4 cups white vinegar

1 - 250ml jar jalapeno peppers with juice (I use Old El Paso)

1 large onion, coarsely chopped

10 cloves garlic

2 Tbsp salt

2 Tbsp sugar

1 Tsp Blair's After Death Sauce (super hot!) or equivalent


Combine all ingredients and simmer in a medium pot to combine flavours.  Makes enough for 4 dozen eggs.  This amount should fit/fill a one gallon jar.  Top up with vinegar if the eggs aren't completely covered.
